About the Role

Ensure safe, timely, and quality loading and unloading of goods, contributing significantly to logistics processes. Employment will be with Schenker Deutschland AG due to the merger of DSV and Schenker.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, swap bodies, and semi-trailers.
• Ensure proper and timely loading.
• Observe cargo securing regulations.
• Operate internal scanner technology.
• Operate industrial trucks.
• Handle customer goods properly, adhering to customer-specific requirements.
• Contribute to implementing quality, environmental, safety standards, and occupational safety measures.

Requirements

• Ideally, completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or warehouse worker.
• Professional experience as a warehouse employee or forklift driver.
• Valid forklift license is mandatory.
• Experience in logistics is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Awareness of the importance of proper and timely loading.
