About the Role
Reporting to the Head of DCM Sales and RM Europe, the Sales Senior Manager is responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy and sales roadmap for clients in DCM.
Responsibilities
- Support achieving ambitious DCM sales targets and commercial objectives in Europe.
- Proactively build internal and external business networks, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and feeders, identifying new business leads in local and international markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams on new client pitches to deliver competitive advantage.
- Manage scoping, costing, and initial client-onboarding activities for prospects and new clients.
- Monitor local and international regulatory updates relevant to client industries.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market trend insights to anticipate client needs.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data for forecasting and reporting using standard tools and processes.
- Diligently record key contract information, interactions, activities, and commercial details for accounts and opportunities.
- Promote the Alter Domus brand and culture internally and externally, acting as an ambassador and role model.
Requirements
- Proven track record achieving sales and revenue targets within DCM (Loan Agency, CLO middle office, Trade Settlement, Loan Administration).
- Ability to establish and organize daily sales activities independently.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong business insight, commercial acumen, technical expertise, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Possess intellectual curiosity and a global mindset for effective regional and international partnering.
- Adept at managing competing demands, prioritizing, and remaining calm under pressure while navigating complexity.
