Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of (Gen)AI solutions for Life Sciences clients, translating complex business challenges into scalable analytics and decision-support solutions.
  • Take charge of multiple (Gen)AI and data science projects, leading project teams, ensuring high-quality execution, measurable business impact, and successful implementation at scale.
  • Help clients develop innovative (Gen)AI solutions ranging from advanced analytics over GenAI custom builds to agentic applications in Pricing, Market Access and Commercial functions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, solving complex analytical challenges and providing actionable, data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to translate strategic AI priorities into scalable and impactful solutions.
  • Build strong client relationships and a deep understanding of Life Sciences market dynamics, helping clients unlock growth and innovation through AI.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams while contributing to business development, proposal shaping, and thought leadership in AI and Life Sciences.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI and Life Sciences innovation, translating emerging technologies into tangible value for clients.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in consulting or industry, ideally within Life Sciences.
  • Outstanding degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset.
  • Hands-on expertise in GenAI technologies, including LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic AI systems, with the ability to translate them into real-world business applications.
  • Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem and its application to Life Sciences use cases across pricing, market access and commercial domains.
  • Proficient in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience developing, deploying, and scaling end-to-end AI solutions in cloud environments.
  • Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, data engineering, and data architecture principles to build robust, scalable, and production-ready AI systems.
  • Ability to work effectively with large-scale, complex datasets and production systems.
  • Excel at bridging business needs and technical implementation, translating complex challenges into practical, high-impact solutions.
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams while effectively engaging with both technical and senior business stakeholders.
