About the Role

This role is within the PA Talent team, playing a pivotal part in the global Performance and Reward cycle. The specialist will lead all employees through the entire performance review cycle, maximizing its value. This position is central to the process, collaborating with HR stakeholders, Capability Stream leaders, GTMs, Functions, and the Performance Appraisal Coordinator community to ensure efficient development mechanisms. The role also involves partnering with the HR Reward team to support the year-end cycle and implementing changes as the performance approach evolves, offering personal growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead key activities of the performance cycle: Goal Setting, Mid-Year communications/reporting, Promotion – Talent pools/identification, Year-end coordination.
  • Coordinate and report on Partner goals.
  • Collate mid-year and year-end Partner feedback.
  • Support the Reward team with performance data.
  • Organize, communicate, process, and analyze sensitive data.
  • Schedule and coordinate all performance/promotion reviews.
  • Communicate with senior stakeholders, guiding and advising on performance/promotions processes.
  • Lead and drive the PAC and HRBP community on changes, processes, and timings.
  • Utilize Workday performance system to facilitate the performance approach.
  • Respond to daily questions and queries.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting.
  • Support the Reward team with the Year End bonus/salary process.
