About the Role

Support key aspects of the compliance and regulatory framework. Provide practical compliance guidance to business and support teams, assist with regulatory inquiries and investigations, conduct reviews to identify and address potential compliance risks, and take ownership of compliance policies and procedures. Ensure consistent regulatory interpretation, policy implementation, and issue escalation across the firm. This role is for a compliance professional who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong stakeholder relationships, and operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine reviews to identify and address potential compliance gaps
Take ownership of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they remain current, practical, and aligned with regulatory requirements
Coordinate closely with Trading Compliance to ensure aligned regulatory interpretation, policy, and issue escalation
