About the Role

The company is seeking instructors for nursing and knowledge examination preparation to impart practical knowledge and specifically prepare participants for the knowledge examination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online classes for knowledge examination preparation.
• Impart nursing-specific content using practical examples and case discussions.
• Work interactively with participants in a question-and-answer format.
• Answer technical questions and support understanding of complex topics.
• Moderate group discussions and promote professional exchange.
• Prepare participants for typical examination situations.

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing professional.
• Several years of professional experience in the German healthcare system (hospital, nursing home, or outpatient service).
• Enjoy working with adult learners.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Ideally, initial experience in training, guiding, or educating nursing staff.
• Experience with international nursing professionals is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the requirements for the knowledge examination.
• Experience in preparing nursing professionals for recognition procedures.
• Pedagogical additional qualification or degree in nursing education is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
