Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an international engineering team for digital medical and non‑medical solutions
- Build, attract, and retain high‑performing agile teams for frequent digital application releases
- Create and manage development and growth plans for team members
- Ensure reliable, functionally rich components within the digital ecosystem, adhering to architectural guidelines
- Separate medical and non‑medical functionalities to enable faster development cycles
- Provide software engineering expertise in development technologies and methods
- Collaborate with Product Management, DSO, IT, and other departments for engineering resource allocation
Requirements
- 7+ years leadership experience in solution development (medical, health, or non‑medical), ideally in regulated industries
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information, Digital Technology, Software Engineering or similar
- Full‑stack software development background, including backend and embedded systems
- Experience building foundational application frameworks
- Proven technical leadership in digital innovation and agile environments
- Experience with onshore/nearshore/offshore teams and partner management
- Highly tech‑savvy, with strong awareness of digital trends and innovations
- Strong track record delivering fast, reliable cloud‑based solutions
- User-centric approach to digital solutions
