About the Role
Take ownership of Talent Attraction activities for the UK & Ireland business unit, based in the London office. Safeguard Kraft Heinz' culture by attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent for the commercial business. Develop HR skills and expertise, supporting the HR team with various projects and initiatives. Primary responsibility for early careers and entry-level role recruitment. Work in a high-performing team with exposure to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from kick-off to hiring.
- Manage Trainee, Apprentice, and Intern Program Recruitment.
- Develop and implement local Employer Branding strategy.
- Manage University Relations, including career fairs and company presentations.
- Support hiring managers in Inclusive Hiring and interviewing skills.
- Support the HR team with new hire onboarding, internal communications, and events.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ability to understand needs and build clear action plans.
- Experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment experience (nice-to-have).
- Previous experience with Employer Branding and University Relations (nice-to-have).
