Responsibilities
- Prepare and send offer letters for early careers recruitment.
- Liaise with external consultants for pre-employment screening documentation, visas, or work permits.
- Coordinate new joiner onboarding with internal stakeholders.
- Upload applicant data onto HR systems and SharePoint.
- Post vacancies on the company careers website and university portals.
- Conduct a first screen of candidate applications and create shortlists.
- Log and track applications via the applicant tracking system and associated spreadsheets.
- Organize first and final round assessment days, including candidate liaison, assessor sourcing, room booking, catering, interview scheduling, pack creation, and feedback tracking.
- Arrange reimbursement for candidate travel and log vendor invoices.
- Reconcile expenses and claims promptly and accurately.
- Organize international and domestic hotel and travel arrangements, including foreign currencies.
- Provide administrative support to programme managers for early careers programmes.
- Coordinate presentations, workshops, and training sessions, including room booking, representative sourcing, calendar invites, and speaker briefing.
- Organize induction packs for new starters.
