About the Role

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor daily field activities, manage information flow, and report/track progress, quality, and safety issues.
• Assist in handover plan completion, ensuring timely and quality documentation and expectation fulfillment.
• Provide visible onsite leadership, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate snagging activities with client, consultant, and contractor teams, including scheduling and partner engagement.
• Proactively identify and effectively resolve issues with the team.
• Implement and monitor key project processes, collaborating with clients for improvements.
• Implement and ensure adherence to project procedures.
• Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts to partners.
• Review proposed variations and project delays.

Requirements

• Experience project managing large-scale construction projects, ideally with education project experience.
• Project management professional certification or actively seeking one.
• Skilled in M&E and commissioning for client-side construction project management.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients through shared purpose, openness, and enjoyment.
