About the Role
Work with people marginalized by society, specifically neurodivergent individuals, to support them in fulfilling their goals. Offer professional neurodiversity coaching and training approaches.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support and coaching.
- Deliver to specified targets, quality standards, and compliance measures.
- Utilize motivational and action planning techniques to manage customer progression.
- Assess participant strengths and weaknesses, identifying areas for further development.
- Adapt to the needs and interests of group or individual participants.
- Inspire confidence and self-belief.
- Measure and report customer outcomes using methodologies, including distance traveled tools.
Requirements
- Level 5 qualification in Coaching or Teaching qualifications, or significant coaching experience.
- Readiness to work towards obtaining appropriate qualifications if not already held.
- Minimum of two years of experience in coaching, managing, or working with disadvantaged groups (neurodiversity, mental/physical health issues, prison leavers, those seeking employment).
- Experience in delivering online/virtual and face-to-face sessions.
- Knowledge of motivational techniques and practices for supporting vulnerable groups.
- Ability to work in the UK.
- Successful completion of a standard or enhanced DBS disclosure.
- Satisfactory explanation for all gaps in CVs.
- Proof of identity and qualifications.
- Completion of one-hour online safeguarding training prior to commencing employment.

- £30,000.00 to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
