About the Role

For our True Society Store in Berlin, we are immediately seeking a part-time/mini-job assistant for support during the week and on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate individually with brides to create their unique bridal style for their wedding day
• Assist bridesmaids and other wedding guests with selecting, sizing, and ordering their dresses
• Participate in and support the organization of in-store events, bridal fairs, and promotions
• Maintain high store standards by keeping the store clean and well-organized
• Represent the store and its designer brands professionally and consultatively

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or professional experience in the service sector
• Strong sales talent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to build customer relationships and solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Ability to quickly acquire comprehensive product knowledge of the bridal fashion industry and trends
• Ability to adapt to changes in a constantly growing, fast-paced environment
