About the Role
This role involves collaborating with product managers, business operations, and engineering teams to develop AI solutions aligned with strategic goals. The position is crucial for delivering world-class customer experiences at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery, business analysis, and solution development for complex initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics 365, PROS CPQ, Salesforce.com, and related applications.
- Partner with various teams to identify business challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable solution builds.
- Analyze complex business problems, evaluate solution options, and determine effective business and technical approaches.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and smooth operations.
- Facilitate workshops and solution reviews, driving alignment and influencing decisions in a cross-functional environment.
- Identify and drive process improvement, standardization, and automation opportunities to optimize Sales and Deal Desk workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of product management or equivalent Business Analyst experience
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM setups on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate Platform, and Salesforce.com
- Hands-on configuration and tech-functional knowledge in PROS CPQ
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity about emerging AI technologies, thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, and proactively identifying new AI use cases that drive competitive advantage
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to introduce innovative ideas and industry guidelines

- U.S. pay range: $114,900 - $223,000 annually
- California pay range: $154,000 - $223,000
- Colorado pay range: $130,900 - $189,550
