About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, staff, and customer experience to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction. This role is crucial for curating exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the store's energy during the company's North American expansion, specifically at the new Toronto Premium Outlets location.

Responsibilities

• Promote, monitor, and follow up on quality customer service through training and role modeling.
• Supervise and lead store staff, including scheduling, training, development, and coaching.
• Ensure efficient store operation and achievement of sales goals.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving merchandise, and conducting stock checks.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and timely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including visual merchandising displays.

Requirements

• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring positive customer experiences.
• Strong understanding and effective management of store inventory.
• Good understanding of store financial performance to identify profitability improvement opportunities.
• Effective communication with Store Manager, staff, and customers, fostering collaboration.
• Good understanding and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ability to coach and develop retail leads and sales assistants.

• $52,000 - $62,000 per annum
