About the Role

Administer and operate the organization’s warehouse processes, including the destruction and storage of physical assets.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and operate warehouse processes, including asset destruction and storage.
  • Audit all incoming goods for accuracy.
  • Manage IT asset receipt, storage, and shipment.
  • Prepare and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules.
  • Maintain and protect facilities and equipment.
  • Operate HR vehicles for goods pick-up and drop-off.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow instructions and learn on the job.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and internal components.
  • Experience in packing and palletising for efficient space utilization.
  • Ability to accurately complete tasks and perform data entry via computer systems.
  • Must possess an HR License.
  • Forklift Licence highly regarded.
