About the Role

Support us with energy, creativity, and drive in the sales of culinary concepts and become part of our Aramark team.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned sales territory after successful onboarding.
• Acquire new customers for gastronomic services.
• Creatively implement individual customer needs.
• Independently create management concepts, offers, and calculations.
• Lead contract negotiations and closures.
• Conduct market analysis and comprehensive analysis of new properties.
• Serve as an interface between internal and external contacts.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or gastronomic training or a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a comparable field.
• Industry knowledge in gastronomy.
• Several years of sales experience, ideally as a Sales Manager, in gastronomy, retail, and/or marketing.
• Strong communication skills and tact in dealing with people.
• Creative thinking, enthusiasm, and persuasiveness.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• High willingness to travel within the region.
• Existing business network is an advantage.
