About the Role
Join as an Operations Intern for a 12-week paid internship, starting immediately. This role combines customer service with operational exposure, focusing on supporting patients and internal teams to improve patient experience and retention through high-impact projects. You will be given meaningful responsibility and expected to execute to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Test and roll out new initiatives.
- Communicate with patients via phone and email.
- Support initiatives to enhance the end-to-end patient experience, from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
- Analyze patient data and feedback to identify friction points and areas for improvement.
- Support the Operations Team in deploying successful initiatives to support teams.
