About the Role

The Data Transition department extracts and transfers client data from legacy systems into LEAP. This involves developing software and processes for technical data conversion and creating global migration tools. As a Data Transitions Specialist, you will be crucial in delivering client data migrations, analyzing, extracting, transforming, and validating client data for accurate and efficient transitions into LEAP.

Responsibilities

Assess client data sources and perform data mapping and transformation activities.
Extract, cleanse, validate, and import data from a variety of legacy systems into LEAP.
Follow established processes and standards to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient data transitions.
Conduct quality assurance checks and reconciliation activities to maintain high levels of data integrity.
Investigate and resolve technical data issues, escalating complex matters where required.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of migration tools, processes, and documentation.
