About the Role
Lead programmatic efforts for high-profile clients, delivering effective digital campaigns and advising clients and internal teams. This hands-on role involves leading recommendations, overseeing execution, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members, partnering with recognized brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery and optimisation of programmatic campaigns across a portfolio of clients.
- Build trusted client relationships, providing recommendations, reporting and performance insights.
- Oversee campaign implementation, trafficking, QA and budget management to ensure best-in-class delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Partner with internal teams and media vendors to drive effective client outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in programmatic trading, ad operations or digital activation, ideally within a media agency environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with DV360 (essential) and CM360.
- Experience managing digital campaign implementation, optimisation and reporting.
- Confidence building client relationships and presenting recommendations.
- Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
