About the Role
As a Client Advisor at the Ginza Flagship, provide a personalized premium experience to each customer, embodying the Maison's values. Leverage expertise with curiosity and humility, building long-term relationships to guide customers to become Maison ambassadors.
Responsibilities
- Provide special and memorable boutique experiences through warm and courteous service.
- Conduct impressive customer service using storytelling to convey product and Maison history and values.
- Collaborate with boutique management and the sales team for planned client follow-up.
- Utilize CRM tools to accurately input and update customer information, ensuring continuous follow-up.
- Master sales ceremony elements and consistently aim to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Deeply understand customer needs and build trust through appropriate proposals.
- Actively engage in after-sales activities, including follow-up and encouraging repeat visits, to improve repeat purchase rates.
- Embody and share the Maison's worldview, craftsmanship, and values with customers and the team.
- Utilize product knowledge to convey the appeal of materials, structure, and design through storytelling.
- Understand industry news and competitor trends, approaching customer service with the latest knowledge.
- Comply with group, Maison, and boutique operations and security policies.
- Support daily operations such as boutique opening and closing procedures and maintenance reporting.
- Manage product display, including display and backstock management.
- Participate and contribute to special projects such as inventory counts, annual inventory management, and price revisions.
Requirements
- Experience in luxury or premium customer service (sales, fashion, hospitality).
- Native-level Japanese.
- Business-level English.
Skills
- Deep empathy for customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Values teamwork and emphasizes collaboration.
- Knowledge and experience with retail tools such as CRM and POS (preferred).
- Other languages (welcome).
