About the Role
This role offers an opportunity to broaden experience and perspectives beyond a standard project role, working within an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals. As a Program Specialist, you will support the delivery of key change initiatives within NSW TrainLink, aligning with Enterprise Agreement priorities and broader transformation objectives. You will contribute across the full program lifecycle, assisting with planning, implementation, reporting, and evaluation activities, including coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and managing risks and issues. You will also drive collaboration, change management initiatives, and contribute to high-quality program documentation and reporting for senior leadership, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of key change initiatives within NSW TrainLink
- Contribute across the full program lifecycle, assisting with planning, implementation, reporting, and evaluation activities
