About the Role

In a marketing function, you will help uncover what is working across the customer journey and identify opportunities for growth. You will play a hands-on role in bringing together data, maintaining accurate reporting, and supporting smarter marketing decisions. Working alongside experienced specialists, you will learn how to connect performance data to real outcomes and contribute to a stronger, more insight-led approach to marketing.
Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain regular reporting across customer, brand, and market metrics, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability for decision-making.
- Support ongoing tracking of marketing funnel performance, updating dashboards, and monitoring trends in demand, conversion, and customer behavior.
- Collect, validate, and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring alignment to agreed definitions and maintaining strong data integrity.
- Assist in marketing ROI analysis by preparing data inputs, supporting calculations, and contributing to performance evaluation of campaigns and activities.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring stakeholders have access to timely and reliable data for decision guidance.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and data issues, investigating root causes and escalating as needed to maintain reporting quality.
- Prepare clear data summaries and insights, translating performance results into meaningful and actionable outputs.
Requirements
- Experience or interest in data analysis, reporting, or marketing analytics, including strong visualization expertise.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and structured data.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, EDH, Python).
- Ability to spot trends and patterns and explain their implications.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage regular reporting cycles.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from others and share ideas.
