About the Role

This role serves as the operating system for a global Solution Engineering and Professional Services organization, managing the financial and resource engine to ensure predictable business operations. It combines BizOps rigor with Professional Services Operations delivery instincts, focusing on building capacity models, running forecasting, ensuring invoicing accuracy, and deploying AI agents and automations to eliminate operational inefficiencies.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy AI agents and workflow automations to eliminate manual operational work, evaluating new AI tooling for measurable efficiency gains.
Own the integration layer connecting Salesforce, Rocketlane, SAP, Jira, and reporting tools.
Build decision-driving dashboards and serve as an operational partner to Solution Engineering and Professional Services leadership.
Establish and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational rhythms, including pipeline, capacity, delivery health, KPI reviews, and QBR support.
Own Professional Services demand forecasting in Salesforce, including pipeline signals and services attach rates.
Partner with Finance and RevOps on services drivers and proactively identify constraints.
Ensure forecast accuracy, tracked and reviewed at the executive level.
Manage invoicing workflows and revenue recognition accuracy in SAP, proactively resolving discrepancies.
Support milestone billing triggers and align delivery milestones with finance timelines.
Build and maintain an end-to-end capacity model for Professional Services roles and regions, covering utilization, bench, skill coverage, and hiring needs.
Own resource planning and allocation in Rocketlane, ensuring optimal project staffing.
Track and report utilization targets, identifying over/under-allocation risks.
Co-own project health and hygiene design in Rocketlane, including milestone tracking, status updates, budget vs. actuals, and change control.
Standardize pre-sales to delivery handoff, scoping to SOW inputs, and change control workflows.
Develop templates and checklists to reduce ambiguity and prevent rework.

Requirements

5+ years in Operations, BizOps, Program Ops, or Professional Services Ops supporting technical, customer-facing SaaS teams.
Proven track record in building operating cadence, capacity planning, and Professional Services forecasting.
Dashboard ownership and strong operational storytelling.
Ownership of Rocketlane or equivalent PSA tool for resource planning, project tracking, and utilization reporting.
Experience designing and deploying workflow automations with n8n, Zapier, or similar integration tooling.
Hands-on experience with AI agents applied to operational workflows, such as timecard automation, resource recommendations, and project health alerts.
Invoicing and revenue recognition experience, comfortable with SAP or a comparable ERP.
Strong systems thinking, capable of connecting Salesforce, Rocketlane, and SAP into a coherent operating model.
Data fluency, comfortable modeling capacity and transforming multi-system data into decisions.
Concise, direct, high-signal executive communication.
Familiarity with Jira delivery flows, ticket taxonomy design, and SLA governance.
Experience supporting Solution Engineering organizations in addition to Professional Services.
Familiarity with conversational AI or enterprise software deployment patterns.
