About the Role
The Graduate Engineer supports multidisciplinary engineering and project teams on active development and construction projects. This primarily site and project-based role offers practical exposure to engineering coordination, commissioning, stakeholder management, and mission-critical infrastructure systems. Graduates receive structured coaching, professional development, and real-world engineering application exposure in a high-performance environment, specifically within the Delivery, Engineering, or Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Support Data Centre project design, delivery, commissioning, and operational readiness through engineering coordination, site activities, technical reviews, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Assist with reviewing drawings, specifications, vendor submissions, and project documentation.
- Support project teams in monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Participate in site inspections, commissioning activities, and project meetings.
- Develop practical engineering, communication, and project delivery skills in a mission-critical environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Controls, Mechatronics, or related discipline).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant internship or industry experience.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and infrastructure systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
- Familiarity with engineering and project software tools is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced project environment.
- Practical mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work both independently and within teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
