About the Role

This role is for a Product Manager at xdof, a company building data collection systems, operational capability, exabyte-scale data warehouses, and software toolchains to address the bottleneck of high-quality training data for general-purpose robots. The Product Manager will ship directly with US engineers, bridge China and US teams, and own delivery from customer conversation to final dataset, requiring sharp product sense, organizational skills, and fluency in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with US engineers, working in-timezone to ship products directly.
• Own end-to-end product features across various product lines, including teleop/XMI.
• Serve as the Chinese-English bridge between US and China teams, translating context and intent.
• Own end-to-end customer delivery as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI), from business development handoff to final data delivery.
• Manage the team's operating cadence, including standups, OKR check-ins, and Linear hygiene, to ensure work visibility and searchability.
• Structure fast-moving, cross-geographical tracking to prevent oversight between offices.

Requirements

• Proven Product Manager with strong product sense, capable of shipping directly with engineers.
• Native or near-native fluency in Chinese and English.
• Strong organizational skills to structure ambiguous, fast-moving work.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Comfortable operating in 0→1 environments without established processes.
• Experience in robotics, AI, or deep-tech, data-heavy domains.
• Experience coordinating across time zones or distributed, multilingual teams.
• Proficiency with modern project-tracking tools (e.g., Linear) and a focus on work legibility.
• End-to-end program management ownership.
• Mission-driven and energized by a fast-paced work environment.
