About the Role
Seeking an experienced bartender for a fast-paced, high-volume environment, capable of maintaining organization, urgency, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing heavy sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests at the bar and on the service well.
- Prepare beverages quickly and consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory standards.
- Collaborate with servers, managers, and support staff for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, pub, or nightlife environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and guests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude under pressure and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and guest-focused.
- Full open availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced atmosphere.
- Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
