Seeking a motivated, customer-focused Casual Club Attendant. This hands-on role involves bar, gaming, and floor service, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional service to members and guests
- Serve food and beverages efficiently across bar and function areas
- Support gaming operations in line with club standards
- Assist with customer enquiries and service requests
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile floats accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the venue
- Uphold RSA, RCG, and club compliance standards
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, clubs, or customer service
- Previous gaming, TAB, or Keno experience (desirable)
- Flexible availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid working rights in Australia
