About the Role

As the face of the workplace, you will manage enquiries, coordinate visitor services, oversee soft services delivery, and support workplace activities such as meeting room setups, relocations, and space optimisation. You will also play a key role in workplace events and initiatives, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, care, and operational excellence. This role directly influences the daily experience of employees and visitors, contributing to a safe, engaging, and operationally smooth workplace. Your insights and attention to detail will help inform decisions that shape the workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all workplace enquiries, providing timely and professional support.
  • Manage end-to-end visitor services, including escorting guests within secure areas in line with security protocols.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-presented workplace and event environment.
  • Coordinate soft services such as cleaning, maintenance, and general site upkeep to ensure vendor SLAs are met.
  • Support meeting room setups, minor relocations, and space optimisation activities.
  • Maintain accurate records for visitor management, service requests, and workplace activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, security, and event organisers to deliver a seamless workplace experience.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace policies, procedures, and all health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong background in hospitality or customer service with a proven record of delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Professional presentation and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A self-motivated, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
