About the Role

Manage claims activities for all products, ensuring compliance with legal and group rules, and policy stipulations. Indemnify insured claims following correct procedures to minimize losses and support on-time indemnification. Continuously improve policies, service standards, and efficiencies to reduce costs and achieve operational performance objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze claim documents to determine coverage.
  • Communicate and negotiate claim results with internal and external parties.
  • Develop procedural proposals for claims exceeding delegation.
  • Maintain accurate claim reserves using dedicated tools.
  • Prepare timely indemnities using specific tools for payment release.
  • Provide documentation to debt collection for amicable collection or legal action.
  • Monitor and update claim status.
  • Maximize recoveries from claim notification.
  • Communicate with clients and brokers via phone and email to build relationships and ensure clarity.
  • Correspond with stakeholders and resolve queries.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through availability and professional communication.
  • Assist clients/partners by explaining non-covered invoices.
  • Initiate claims meetings and organize indemnification activities to improve timely payments and client satisfaction.
  • Provide professional advice to clients, brokers, lawyers, and internal contacts on claim management and settlement.
  • Collaborate with Debt Collection to identify recovery actions.
  • Compile reports adhering to group rules.
  • Organize internal processes and workflows, identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in internal projects.
  • Investigate for fraud prevention.
  • Adhere to local and group compliance legislation.

Requirements

  • Claims Adjuster license (if locally required).
  • Highly detail-oriented, especially in investigations.
  • Empathetic and confident communicator, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Mature, reliable, self-driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Word and Excel.
