About the Role

This customer-facing role is responsible for business success, performing standard sales tasks and adapting to changing work situations. The ODS Specialist connects all stakeholders, improving customer experience and managing the lifecycle until the next equipment replacement, addressing customer needs for productivity, quality management, and long-term asset utilization in a rapidly changing medical environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with area leaders to optimally manage and collect ODS business sales and profits.
Acquire contract management and perform collection duties for network connections in the assigned area.
Collaborate with area leaders to create estimates, contracts, and perform collection duties for relocation work in the assigned area.
Maximize customer satisfaction during the usage period to ensure safe replacement of company equipment in the assigned area.

Requirements

Experience in medical device field service or sales (desirable).

Skills

Office suite skills, especially Excel.
IT literacy to understand common internal web tools.
Communication skills for smooth internal and external coordination.
Multitasking skills.
