About the Role

Under the direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor, the role ensures SIS standards and policies are met in field services, operations, and functions including site inspections, emergency response, camera review, client liaison, and special projects. All duties must adhere to client policies, procedures, and all state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and professional work environment for client's employees and guests
• Provide escort and foot patrol to secure assigned post
• Act quickly as a responder to incidents

Requirements

• High school diploma (or GED)
• Complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law
• Complete and maintain all client requested certifications
• Interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
• Maintain uniform attire and grooming standards while in uniform

Skills

• Proficiency in security technology, including access control platforms, incident reporting systems, and communication tools
• Strong teamwork, coordination, communication, and support skills in fast-paced security environments
• Positive attitude and professional representation of brand, client, and self
