About the Role

The Security Specialist, under the direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor, ensures SIS standards and policies are met in overall field services, operations, and functions in assigned areas such as site inspections, emergency response, camera review, client liaison, and special projects. All duties must be performed in accordance with client policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide a safe and professional work environment for client's employees and guests
Provide escort and foot patrol to secure assigned post
Act quickly as a responder to incidents

Requirements

High school diploma (or GED)
Complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law
Complete and maintain all client requested certifications
Interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
Maintain uniform attire and grooming standards while in uniform

Skills

Technically proficient in security technology, including access control platforms, incident reporting systems, and communication tools
Strong team player with the ability to coordinate, communicate, and support team operations in fast-paced security environments
Maintain a positive attitude and represent the brand, client, and self professionally
