About the Role
This role involves leading the development and execution of B2B content across all marketing channels to support awareness, engagement, and revenue goals. The manager will work cross-functionally to create compelling storytelling and sales-driven content for corporate buyers, agency partners, and hospitality clients worldwide, shaping the voice for iconic events like the LA28 Olympic Games, Super Bowl, and Final Four.
Responsibilities
- Lead creation of B2B marketing content supporting hospitality sales, partner engagement, and premium client experiences.
- Develop integrated content for conversion across digital channels including paid media, email campaigns, landing pages, and account-based marketing.
- Partner with sales and product marketing to translate hospitality offerings into conversion-oriented messaging for corporate audiences.
- Identify storytelling opportunities related to sporting moments, hospitality trends, and cultural conversations.
- Ensure content reflects brand voice and adheres to Olympic and partner guidelines.
- Own and manage the B2B marketing content calendar across digital, email, web, social, and partner/agency channels.
- Partner with design, photography, and video teams to produce premium marketing assets and campaign materials.
- Optimize content for different platforms and audience segments throughout the customer journey.
- Track asset needs and collaborate with creative resources to maintain fresh and relevant materials.
- Support adaptation of marketing assets for various audiences (corporate buyers, agencies, international markets).
- Monitor trends and industry news in sports, luxury hospitality, and entertainment for new content opportunities.
- Track Olympic and rightsholder milestones to inform timely B2B marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign and content performance metrics, including engagement, clickthrough rate, and MQL generation, to optimize future campaigns.
- Share trends, competitive insights, and emerging content strategies with the On Location team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to identify content needs for pipeline growth and client conversion.
- Ensure campaign execution aligns with revenue goals, deposit campaigns, and sales milestones.
- Maintain reporting and documentation on content and campaign results, audience insights, and content best practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in sports, luxury hospitality, or premium events.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills with adaptability across audiences and channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, sales, partnerships, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM, CMS, email marketing, analytics, and project management platforms.
- Passion for sports, live events, and premium experiences.
- Interest in global campaigns and international markets.
- Experience working with agencies, sponsorship partners, or high-net-worth clientele (bonus).
