About the Role

Support the VP, Head of PSP, Global Affairs, a senior-facing role involving complex, cross-functional work in policy, regulatory, and government affairs. Global Affairs (GA) covers Netflix's global policy and regulatory work. PSP (Policy, Strategy and Planning) is a central global team providing substantive advice and strategic guidance on Netflix's policy priorities and markets, partnering with regional policy colleagues and business, legal, finance, and comms teams to drive alignment and execute cohesive strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable with senior-level cross-functional work, and operates independently in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a complex, high-volume calendar across multiple time zones, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming meetings.
  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa coordination.
  • Handle expense reporting accurately and timely.
  • Support preparation for PSP meetings and leadership sessions, including drafting agenda frameworks and suggesting agenda items.
  • Ensure meeting actions and next steps are captured and followed up.
  • Support regular check-ins for priorities and forward planning.
  • Anticipate calendar and upcoming priorities, flagging preparation needs and required inputs.
  • Track key deadlines and upcoming deliverables, prompting preparation.
  • Manage initial structure, logistics, and coordination for onsites and team events.
  • Ensure clear communication of plans, next steps, and relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Draft correspondence on behalf of the VP.
  • Build familiarity with PSP, GA, and cross-functional partners to effectively support work.
  • Create presentations and documents using Google Workspace.
  • Plan and execute logistics for multi-day, multi-person offsites and events.
  • Support team projects and events.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Partner with HR and cross-functional teams.
  • Cultivate relationships within the EA/AA community across communications and policy organizations.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting at C-Suite level.
  • Prior experience in entertainment or technology industries (a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, complex environment.
  • Experience maintaining high-volume, complex calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel.
  • Interest in and familiarity with policy, regulatory, or government affairs work (helpful for meeting preparation).
  • Responsive across time zones as needed.
  • Ability to undertake international travel.

  • 5+ years as an EA previously at Netflix (may be considered equivalent)
