About the Role

This role involves connecting strategy to delivery, ensuring clear plans, visible progress, and team alignment. Work closely with leaders and partners to manage priorities, track performance, and support decision-making. This opportunity allows you to build impact, strengthen commercial acumen, and shape work processes from planning to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support business plan development, translating strategic priorities into clear timelines, deliverables, and structured outputs.
  • Maintain performance tracking and scorecards, ensuring accurate and timely visibility of progress, risks, and outcomes against metrics and targets.
  • Coordinate initiative tracking across the portfolio, monitoring milestones, dependencies, and risks, ensuring team alignment.
  • Contribute to investment prioritization processes by collating inputs, maintaining frameworks, and supporting trade-off discussions with structured data.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, tracking spend and performance, and identifying variances and opportunities with Finance partners.
  • Prepare inputs for governance forums, supporting reporting, tracking actions, and ensuring decision follow-through with clear ownership and timelines.

Requirements

  • Experience in planning, project coordination, or performance tracking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using data for tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • Clear communication skills to present information in a structured and simple way.
