About the Role
This role is responsible for scheduling all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PMs) and Planned Corrective Maintenance (CMs) for the Property Operations team. It also involves end-to-end administration and coordination of systems and internal processes, including rosters, inventory, communications, procurement, and invoicing, to ensure effective and aligned maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchase orders and inventory procurement for scheduled works.
- Process invoices accurately and on time.
- Close out scheduled work orders in Maximo promptly.
- Manage Maximo backlog ageing reports.
- Collaborate with management on team rosters and work schedules.
- Work with Engineering Systems & Planning to ensure asset life plans are delivered to schedule.
- Coordinate maintenance activities across departments to align with operations.
- Manage creation, review, and administration of work orders in Maximo for accurate daily scheduling.
Requirements
- Previous scheduling experience in maintenance or similar environment.
- Certificate III in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills.
- Proven ability in accurate and timely reporting.
- Understanding of hotel and hospitality operations.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Experience Level
