About the Role

This role is responsible for scheduling all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PMs) and Planned Corrective Maintenance (CMs) for the Property Operations team. It also involves end-to-end administration and coordination of systems and internal processes, including rosters, inventory, communications, procurement, and invoicing, to ensure effective and aligned maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate purchase orders and inventory procurement for scheduled works.
  • Process invoices accurately and on time.
  • Close out scheduled work orders in Maximo promptly.
  • Manage Maximo backlog ageing reports.
  • Collaborate with management on team rosters and work schedules.
  • Work with Engineering Systems & Planning to ensure asset life plans are delivered to schedule.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities across departments to align with operations.
  • Manage creation, review, and administration of work orders in Maximo for accurate daily scheduling.

Requirements

  • Previous scheduling experience in maintenance or similar environment.
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability in accurate and timely reporting.
  • Understanding of hotel and hospitality operations.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Enjoys collaborative work with operational teams and stakeholders.

Experience Level
