Responsibilities

• Ship end-to-end across web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Design and architect new systems, ensuring high code quality.
• Drive product and technical decisions.
• Work on core foundations including AI-powered outcomes, search, transcription, on-device recording, performance, and automations.
• Experiment with the latest AI models and techniques.
• Build processes and tools to enhance team productivity.

Requirements

• Built and shipped software at a high level before.
• Strong product sense, noticing details and having opinions on functionality.
• Ability to mentor other engineers through code review and technical guidance.
• Drawn to work that compounds, focusing on reusability and long-term velocity.
• Understands how product foundations stack to improve outcomes and drive growth.
