About the Role
Serve as the first point of contact for all company queries and provide administrative support for a multi-billion dollar infrastructure project at the Darling Park (CBD) office, ensuring effective, efficient, and professional administration and support services.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional front-of-house experience to clients, visitors, vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing general information.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, copying, distributing, and lodging mail requests.
- Maintain security by following procedures, controlling building access, issuing visitor badges, and following sign-in procedures.
- Provide administrative support, including arranging and attending meetings, taking and distributing minutes, and making travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Assist the office manager with office running activities, including maintaining shared spaces, light kitchen duties, and setting up meeting rooms.
- Monitor office supplies and proactively maintain stock levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support overall office efficiency.
