About the Role

This hands-on role combines warehouse operations, inventory management, customer deliveries, and customer site support. The position requires a dependable, safety-focused individual willing to support both warehouse and customer needs within a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer restock orders
• Receive inbound freight and put inventory away
• Ship customer orders using UPS WorldShip
• Complete inventory transfers between locations
• Log and process returned materials
• Perform inventory counts and control activities
• Deliver products to customer locations using a 26-foot box truck with lift gate, cargo van, or pickup truck
• Support customer sites while following all required safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Previous delivery driving experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• OSHA 10 certification (training provided if needed)
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles, including a 26-foot box truck
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials
• Steel-toe footwear and long pants required in the warehouse
• PPE required when visiting customer sites (provided by Mallory)
• Adherence to company and customer safety requirements
• Consistent attendance
• Ability to wear multiple hats, shift priorities, and maintain productivity without constant supervision
