About the Role
This hands-on role combines warehouse operations, inventory management, customer deliveries, and customer site support. The position requires a dependable, safety-focused individual willing to support both warehouse and customer needs within a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer restock orders
- Receive inbound freight and put inventory away
- Ship customer orders using UPS WorldShip
- Complete inventory transfers between locations
- Log and process returned materials
- Perform inventory counts and control activities
- Deliver products to customer locations using a 26-foot box truck with lift gate, cargo van, or pickup truck
- Support customer sites while following all required safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Previous delivery driving experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles, including a 26-foot box truck
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials
- Steel-toe footwear and long pants required in the warehouse
- PPE required when visiting customer sites (provided by Mallory)
- Adherence to company and customer safety requirements
- Consistent attendance
- Ability to wear multiple hats, shift priorities, and maintain productivity without constant supervision
