Join Prouds the Jewellers as a Sales Professional in our Macquarie team. We are a family-oriented business renowned for high-quality, timeless jewellery and a supportive working culture. We seek motivated individuals passionate about exceptional customer service and achieving results in a fast-paced selling environment.
Responsibilities
- Create professional and personalized service for customers to find ideal jewellery.
- Achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
- Complete in-house training for product knowledge, sales skills, and policies.
- Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
Requirements
- Exceptional 1-on-1 selling skills and outstanding customer service.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work productively individually and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work across a seven-day store roster.
