- Write and organize copy at the component level, understanding how copy lives inside CMS-driven page structures.
- Apply or develop familiarity with AEO and GEO writing principles, crafting content optimized for discoverability across AI-driven search and answer engines.
- Contribute to content operations deliverables beyond copy output, including content governance guidelines, workflow documentation, editorial frameworks, and agent prompts and playbooks.
- Collaborate closely with design, UX, strategy, and product teams to ensure copy and experience work in concert, with hands-on work directly within Figma.
- Work within sprint-based delivery cadences, committing to and meeting copy milestones with discipline and velocity in an agile product development environment.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders professionally and collaboratively, including navigating review cycles involving brand, legal, and compliance partners.
- Approach every brief with curiosity and a desire to find the most distinctive and effective solution.
- Rigorously proofread and quality-check all work before delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience writing copy for digital products and services, with a compelling portfolio demonstrating range, craft, and conceptual thinking.
- An AI-forward working style, using AI tools as a creative collaborator to generate, refine, and accelerate work, with strong taste and judgment.

- A portfolio reflecting audience-centric thinking, with work organized around life moments, goals, and user needs.
- A systems thinker with contributions to content templates, governance documentation, or editorial process design, understanding content operations at scale.
