About the Role
Financial District Foot & Ankle Center is seeking a Clinic Operations Assistant to maintain organization, stock, and cleanliness within our busy sports medicine practice, ensuring readiness for patients daily. This active role involves moving throughout the clinic, providing assistance wherever needed, and supporting the healthcare team to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare rooms and materials for patient visits
- File, scan, and organize patient records
- Update information in our patient database
- Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and organized
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory
- Prepare orthotics, injections, and treatment materials for upcoming appointments
- Maintain patient and staff areas, including the kitchen and restrooms
- Assist the front office and clinical team as needed
- Help with special projects and clinic improvements
Requirements
- Live in San Francisco
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be enrolled in CalWORKs, CalFresh, or County Adult Assistance Programs (CAAP)
- Like to stay active and productive
- Notice what needs to be done without being told
- Take pride in keeping things organized
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
