About the Role
Take charge of daily operations, drive sales, and inspire your team. Support the Store Manager in running a multi-million-dollar business, including motivating team members, rostering, and reporting, to deliver efficient customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop future leaders by training and coaching team members
- Maintain high standards of store safety and cleanliness
- Manage stock, monitor inventory, and minimize losses
- Operate registers, fill shelves, and merchandise special buys
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Ensure smooth store operations for customer satisfaction
- Oversee store operations in the Store Manager's absence
Requirements
- Experience leading teams, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for motivating, training, and encouraging team performance
- Ability to support the Store Manager in achieving store results
