About the Role

Deliver an unforgettable guest experience as part of the Big Mamma Bar team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks and mix cocktails during service.
• Open and close the bar, including all necessary preparation.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and health & safety standards.
• Ensure every guest's visit is exceptional.
• Embody Big Mamma values: professional, warm, smiling, helpful, and solution-focused.

Requirements

• Passion for Italian food and cocktails.
• Energetic, proactive, and a team player.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-quality hospitality environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
