About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prototype and experiment with state-of-the-art models, techniques, and architectures.
- Collaborate with clinicians and technical teams to improve user experience and functionality.
- Design experiments, success criteria, and roadmaps for novel products and features.
- Evaluate and refine AI models to ensure clinical accuracy and reliability.
- Curate and audit datasets to maintain high-quality, representative training and testing material.
- Analyze feedback and resolve issues with AI outputs, using clinical insights and analytical skills.
- Expand knowledge across medical specialties to inform the development of AI solutions tailored to diverse clinical needs.

Salary/Compensations
- Approximately $205,000–$300,000 per year (exclusive of equity)
