About the Role

Join a dynamic team revolutionizing healthcare through AI-powered solutions that enhance clinician productivity and reduce administrative burdens. This role blends clinical expertise with technical problem-solving and advanced AI technologies, supporting the development of accurate medical documentation, coding, and other AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and experiment with state-of-the-art models, techniques, and architectures.
• Collaborate with clinicians and technical teams to improve user experience and functionality.
• Design experiments, success criteria, and roadmaps for novel products and features.
• Evaluate and refine AI models to ensure clinical accuracy and reliability.
• Curate and audit datasets to maintain high-quality, representative training and testing material.
• Analyze feedback and resolve issues with AI outputs, using clinical insights and analytical skills.
• Expand knowledge across medical specialties to inform the development of AI solutions tailored to diverse clinical needs.

Requirements

Salary/Compensations

• Approximately $205,000–$300,000 per year (exclusive of equity)
