Responsibilities
- Plan and execute network automation, monitoring, and automation tool support activities.
- Apply systematic, disciplined, and quantifiable approaches for network automation modifications, changes, and reports with minimal supervision.
- Comply with IGT policies, DCA ISO 9001, 20000, and IGT 27001 processes and procedures.
- Adhere to service level agreements and IT best practices.
- Assist with NMS systems administration and software integration.
- Assist with planning and coordinating project schedules for automation deployments and upgrades.
- Respond to user problems and resolve them.
