About the Role
Kestra Private Wealth Services seeks an individual with wirehouse or regional W-2 experience for a consultative, advisor-facing role. This person will serve as the subject matter expert and point of contact for new and experienced advisors on the PWS platform, focusing on tech tool implementation, general platform questions, and escalation monitoring. They will regularly engage with existing and prospective advisors and staff to promote the PWS value proposition, assess needs, recommend solutions, and provide onsite support. The ideal candidate builds and maintains deep relationships with financial advisors. This role offers opportunities to lead key engagements, coach team members, and shape best practices, preparing for expanded responsibility and advancement into strategic roles.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and veteran advisors across a national footprint via onsite interactions to ensure proper implementation of standards and procedures for an excellent advisor team experience.
- Maintain retention tracker and assist with retention ideas for the PWS population.
- Serve as the central point of contact for new and veteran PWS firms on their technology platform, coordinating and tracking resolutions.
- Travel onsite to assist with advisor/support staff onboarding and smooth transition onto the Kestra platform.
- Coordinate advisor/staff questions and escalations with subject matter experts, tracking progress.
- Conduct ongoing site visits for wellness checks, monitoring advisor morale, and providing home office updates.
- Assist with Kestra and PWS events, including communication and organization of advisor and support staff involvement.
- Work with all members of the PWS team as needed.
- Maintain the Retention Tracker.
- Coordinate PWS and Kestra home office employee office visits to maximize coverage experience for advisors and staff.
- Generate regular reporting on issues, questions, or escalations within the PWS ecosystem, keeping executives informed.

- College degree or 4+ years of equivalent industry-related experience.

- General understanding of technology and technology systems (preferred).
- Experience with RedTail, eMoney, Albridge, Black Diamond, and other financial technology platforms (preferred).
- Previous experience in the wirehouse or independent financial advisor industry (preferred).
- Ability to travel to advisor sites and other conferences as needed.
- Minimum 1 year of service with Kestra (for internal applicants).
- Minimum 1 year of service in current role unless approved by EVP (for internal applicants).
