About the Role

Seeking a hands-on PMO Lead for a major NZ Integration Program, focusing on strong governance and active delivery support. Responsibilities

  • Drive program transparency and control, providing leaders with accurate delivery health views.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Partner with delivery leads to unblock issues and maintain progress.
  • Ensure financial discipline, aligning delivery with budget, forecasts, and funding.
  • Lead RAID and change governance, managing impacts early.
  • Translate complex delivery details into clear, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Improve delivery outcomes by challenging assumptions, connecting dependencies, and enabling better decisions.
  • Adopt a hands-on, outcome-focused approach, actively supporting execution beyond reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a hands-on PMO or delivery role within complex programs.
  • Strong delivery mindset, understanding project execution and progress maintenance.
  • Highly proactive and solutions-focused, with a track record of problem-solving.
  • Confident managing financials, forecasting, and variance analysis in a program environment.
  • Deep experience with RAID, governance, and change control processes.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex information and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to add real value to delivery beyond administration.
