About the Role
Contribute to the development of software, web applications, and multi-media applications to achieve business outcomes and improve efficiencies through technology.
Responsibilities
- Prepare specialized code for application development.
- Contribute technical expertise to requirements analysis for solution design.
- Perform testing and gather feedback to improve application quality and reduce operational risk.
- Conduct post-release activities to build knowledge for future build and release cycles.
- Triage issues and provide 2nd and 3rd level application support, including complex incident restoration and problem management.
- Implement remedies and preventative measures to resolve service issues and maximize service availability.
- Develop, review, and maintain documentation for service restoration and outage reduction.
- Ensure application development documentation is updated in Asset and/or Configuration Item (CI) records and CMDB.
- Monitor service delivery performance metrics and liaise with stakeholders to ensure SLA compliance.
