About the Role

Contribute to the development of software, web applications, and multi-media applications to achieve business outcomes and improve efficiencies through technology.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare specialized code for application development.
  • Contribute technical expertise to requirements analysis for solution design.
  • Perform testing and gather feedback to improve application quality and reduce operational risk.
  • Conduct post-release activities to build knowledge for future build and release cycles.
  • Triage issues and provide 2nd and 3rd level application support, including complex incident restoration and problem management.
  • Implement remedies and preventative measures to resolve service issues and maximize service availability.
  • Develop, review, and maintain documentation for service restoration and outage reduction.
  • Ensure application development documentation is updated in Asset and/or Configuration Item (CI) records and CMDB.
  • Monitor service delivery performance metrics and liaise with stakeholders to ensure SLA compliance.

Requirements

  • Ability to work to tight timeframes and deliver results.
  • Keen eye for detail and high standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborative team member.
  • Disciplined and organized.
  • Demonstrated experience in contemporary analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in web app programming.

  • Clerk Grade 7/8, ($113,574 - $125,720) + super + leave loading
