About the Role

Join the DAZN boxing production team as a Senior Producer, blending passion for sport and boxing with production leadership. This role involves shaping editorial planning and execution for live and non-live boxing content, collaborating with various internal teams. Reporting to the Head of Live Boxing, you will oversee live boxing events, create broadcast running orders, drive live OB trucks or Galleries, and lead editorial meetings. A key aspect includes developing Producers and Assistant Producers. The role requires travel and weekend work for events with multiple promoters, offering an exciting opportunity within DAZN, the Global Home of Boxing.

Responsibilities

Lead editorial strategy for US boxing broadcasts
Serve as a senior voice within the boxing production team
Work with high-profile fighters
Lead a team of producers and assistant producers
Execute exciting ideas for major events and key rights
Create and produce non-live content for the DAZN platform
Shape editorial planning and execution across live and non-live boxing output
Oversee the running of live boxing events
Create broadcast running orders
Drive a live OB truck or Gallery as a Live Producer
Lead editorial meetings
Develop Producers and Assistant Producers within the department

Requirements

In-depth boxing knowledge with a passion for the sport
Experience as a leader within production
Sport and broadcast media experience in boxing
Experience working with high profile talent and athletes
Live Producer experience
Experience creating broadcast running orders
Experience driving a live OB truck or Gallery as a Live Producer
Experience leading editorial meetings
